We have selected the Brose motors, in particular the Brose S Mag and the Brose S Alu for the maximum torque of 90 Nm, the highest power in the market. Additionally, the Brose S Mag is lightweight, only 2.9 kg for high handling performance. To get maximum riding assistance, the Brose S MAG motor works with the "Flex Power Mode" system, based on a combination of two software programs.
Cadence Power Control (CPC) is torque-controlled support that more effectively works with high cadences.The Progressive Pedal Response (PPR) gives a more sensible response to crank pressure.
By combining these two software the motor produces about 30% more power in total, instead of giving less assistance for the lower energy generated by the rider from a some cadence and on.The "Dual Freewheel" technology guarantees no pedaling resistance when the motor is off.
We've engineered a compact 630Wh and 720Wh battery with upper extraction to reduce accidental drops when ejecting and to keep it clean from dirt.
The new 720 Wh battery is engineered with 40 cells and the charging connector is a magnetic Rosenberg that guarantees a high number of charging loops. In addition, thanks to its small size and light weight, the extra battery can be easily carried. (2 batteries = 1.440 KWh capacity).
The optimized positioning of the motor unit and battery facilitates the handling of the e-bike. Fantic has positioned the motor and battery in the middle of the bike's center of gravity, guaranteeing better weight distribution and consequently more stability and better handling.
FEM analysis and several structural and stress tests are constantly conducted on the frames. The geometries and thicknesses in the various sections of the frame are optimized to get the right stiffness without increasing the weight.
